This ~Cindy~ costume includes the dress, neck choker, gloves, and headband
The dress is made in pastel blue satin, the pouffs on the sides are white satin,
there is a zipper opening in the back, and the bodice is fully lined.
The gloves are made in white satin and slip on over her hands with elastic at the
top to hold them on.
The neck choker is made in black satin ribbon with a velcro closure.
The headband is made in pastel blue satin with elastic for stretch.
